Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Dishwasher for Skamania Lodge in Washington. Join a team focused on sanitation, safety, and efficient kitchen operations in a premier Pacific Northwest resort setting.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to obtain a Washington Food Handlers Certification, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Compensation is $17.13 per hour plus tips in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain daily sanitation log for dish machine and manual pot washing sink.
• Clean and sanitize all dish ware, pots, pans, and glass ware either by hand or by using the dish machine.
• Ensure all chemicals are at sufficient levels in the dish machine.
• Be energy conscious and turn off lights when not in use, keep water faucets turned off and report leaks to supervisor or manager on duty.
• Be a key player in safety by paying close attention to specific high traffic areas to avoid accidents, slips, trips, and falls.
• Use proper dishes and glass racks to ensure proper cleaning and avoid chips, cracks, or breakage of small wares.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment.
• Can learn different tasks within the kitchen and develop new skills.
• Be a part of a team and assist in other areas when business levels dictate.
• Properly recycling all cardboard using the compactor.
