Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Server to join our dining services team in Corvallis, OR. You will wash, sanitize, and store dishes, maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, and support meal service and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English communication, and the ability to work as part of a team. Prior dining or hospitality experience is preferred, with responsibilities including assisting with meals and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Prior experience in dining, food service, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing & sanitation, washing, sanitizing, and proper storage of dishes and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen equipment.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation checklists.
• Assist with meal preparation, service, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Provide courteous, resident-focused service and accurate portioning.
