Job summary

Oakmont of Silver Creek, part of Oakmont Senior Living, in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Dishwasher for Tuesday through Saturday shifts. The role includes cleaning, sanitizing, and returning dishes to storage, while supporting a safe dining environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening, including TB tests.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Vaccination/testing and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport and return dishes to kitchen, washing and sanitizing.
• Assist with kitchen clean-up and sanitation of dish room and dining areas.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional and caring manner.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
