Starved Rock Lodge seeks a Dishwasher to maintain a clean, safe kitchen area and support back-of-house operations in a scenic Illinois park setting. You will keep dish-room areas organized, work with kitchen staff, and handle cleaning tasks daily.

No experience is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The role includes rotating shifts across days, weekends, evenings, and holidays, with opportunities for career growth within the hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to dishwashing procedures and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to clean and organize wares promptly.
• Organize cleaned items and restock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, kitchen and storage areas.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Follow health, safety and chemical handling guidelines.
