Job Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in sanitary condition.

Responsibilities:

1. Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or in dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Washes pots, pans, and trays as per procedures.
3. Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
4. Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
5. Keeps dish area clean and organized, complies with safety standards.
6. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
7. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
8. Removes trash, cleans garbage cans.
9. Transfers supplies and helps load/unload supplies and products.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
