OTO Development is hiring a Dishwasher to join our Food and Beverage team at Wrightsville Beach. You will maintain the dishwashing area, clean china, glassware and utensils, and support kitchen sanitation across banquet and restaurant operations.

The role emphasizes lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and following kitchen safety procedures, with little travel outside the property.

Qualifications

• Able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Aware of safety procedures within the kitchen area.

Responsibilities

• Operate and keep dishwashing area clean.
• Wash china, glassware, silverware, pots and pans.
• Break down boxes and empty trash containers.
• Clean kitchen walls and floor mats daily.
• Assist with ovens, refrigerators and shipments.
• Maintain proper dish machine sanitization temperatures.
