Job summary

The Elizabeth Hotel in Fort Collins, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a dishwasher to support both the restaurant and kitchen teams. You’ll help maintain clean wares, support daily operations, and contribute to a sanitary, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Basic knowledge of dishwashing.

Responsibilities

• Gathers all dirty dishware from tubs, rinses and stacks in dishracks, clearing leftovers and trash for washing.
• Loads dishracks on belt and operates the automatic dishwasher per instructions.
• Loads dishwashing solutions and regulates detergents and chemicals for the machine.
• Unloads clean dishes, inspects cleanliness, and stacks for easy use by staff.
• Scrubs pots and pans manually when not dishwasherable, dries and stores correctly.
• Polishes silver, stainless steel, and pewter used in service to present clean equipment.
• Maintains and troubleshoots dishwashing equipment according to manufacturer guidance.
• Keeps dish room clean and orderly; sweeps, mops, takes out trash, and tidies shelves.
• Cleans kitchen surfaces and equipment per schedule; maintains sanitary standards.
• Gathers trash cans from kitchen areas and disposes of waste properly.
• Cleans loading dock and entrance areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
