Essential Functions

1. Scrub pots and pans as needed
2. Load and unload the dishwashing machine
3. Stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper areas
4. Empty garbage cans throughout the kitchen as needed
5. Perform other general cleaning tasks as assigned

Position Requirements

1. Ability to tolerate warm and busy work conditions
2. Ability to lift objects weighing 75 pounds and push, pull, or transport materials weighing 150 pounds
3. Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
4. Previous experience in restaurants, fast food, stocking, food service, or housekeeping is helpful but not required
