Thomas Cuisine in Ross, CA is seeking a Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations at a private school. You’ll ensure clean and sanitary dishware, assist in service, and help maintain a safe food-prep environment.

The role offers a full-time schedule, typically Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends during busy catering months. A background check, drug screen, and work authorization are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for service.
• Bag and haul trash and cardboard as scheduled.
• Handle dishware to prevent breakage; prevent loss.
• Maintain supplies of detergents and cleaning products.
• Adhere to dress code and wear uniform and name badge.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for service and kitchen areas
• Bag and haul trash and cardboard at designated times
• Handle dishware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
• Adhere to dress code, wear approved uniform and name badge at all times
• Other duties as assigned
