Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly with managers and team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Morning availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Wash flatware, glassware, dishes, pots and pans.
• Store clean dishes and utensils on shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish area.
• Sort and remove trash and replace bags.
• Prepare foods for cooking or serving as directed.
• Portion foods according to standard sizes.
• Keep equipment clean and in good working order.
• Sweep and maintain the parking lot.
• Assist in food prep during off-peak periods.
• Follow closing checklists and assist in closing kitchen.
• Attend staff meetings and suggest improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
