Qualifications

• Must be positive, upbeat, and welcoming.
• Communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20–25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables/customers promptly and efficiently.
• Verify orders match customer requests and coordinate with kitchen/servers to rectify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure several orders are ready together and stay hot/cold as needed.
• Assist with setting/clearing tables, refills, and providing condiments to enhance dining experience.
• Maintain open communication with kitchen and servers to ensure smooth service and relay feedback.
• Keep work areas clean, check for spills and hazards, and maintain a safe dining environment.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and attend to their needs.
