Job summary

PJ Whelihan’s Pub + Restaurant in Horsham, PA is hiring dishwashers. You will wash, sort, and store dishes, assist in basic food prep during slower times, and help keep the kitchen and parking lot clean.

This role reports to the kitchen manager and offers a friendly, sports-filled environment with opportunities to grow within the PJW Restaurant Group family and enjoy weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing for long periods.
• Willingness to follow directions and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Wash flatware, glassware, pots and pans using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Keep the dish area clean and organized.
• Sort and remove trash, replace bags and wash cans as needed.
• Assist in food prep during off-peak periods per instruction.
• Close the kitchen and dishwasher station per the closing checklist.
