Job summary

Amicalola Falls Lodge is seeking a kitchen porter/dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tableware, cookware and glassware. You will follow safety procedures and daily checklists to keep the dish area organized and hygienic.

Responsibilities include washing all dishware, assisting in prep duties as needed, and maintaining a positive, safety-focused work environment in a busy lodge kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time and in uniform for each scheduled shift.
• Follows daily checklist and ensures work is completed prior to leaving.
• Cleans all glassware, dishes and table utensils using proper procedures.
• Cleans cookware and presentation pieces for use by kitchen associates.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of dish area, mop room and chemical storage.
• Properly stores all clean cooking utensils and vessels on racks and in drawers.
