Qualifications

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tableware, cookware and glassware.
• Reports to work on time and in uniform for each scheduled shift.
• Follows daily checklist and ensures work is completed prior to leaving.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all glassware, dishes and table utensils using proper procedures.
• Ensures the floors are kept swept and dry at all times.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen.
