The company also manages Village Vino which has been around for 11 years and has provided San Diego with a constantly rotating selection of wines from small producers that we feature by the glass and by the bottle as well as small bites.

Job Overview: The Dishwasher is essential to our kitchen operations, maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards that allow our culinary team to execute menus for our local and large-scale projects. This position will also assist in supporting food prep work for local events and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Stock clean items in appropriate areas
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area and kitchen floors
• Assist with basic food prep as needed
• Handle waste disposal and recycling
• Maintain chemical inventory levels

Required Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
