Job summary

Troon in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a part-time dishwasher/prep cook. You will support kitchen operations, including washing, sanitizing, and stocking dishes, while contributing to clean, safe food prep areas in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include light prep work, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting the chef as needed. Weekend and evening availability preferred; potential transition to full-time in the future.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and speak English.

• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Light food prep.
• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.

• Communicates equipment repair needs with chef.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to read and speak English maybe required in order to perform the duties of the job.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and Reliable attendance.
