Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our fast-paced hospitality team. The role focuses on washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and assisting with light food preparation while keeping the kitchen clean and organized in line with health guidelines.

• Directly clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Ensure waste bins and areas are clean and properly sorted.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Position Summary:

The Dishwasher is primarily responsible to wash dishes, pots and pans, utensils, food preparation machines, and clean floors. Maintains the kitchen, dish washing, and back area in an inspection-ready condition in a ccordance with local authority and company guidelines.

• Ensures the kitchen is clean, well maintained, and organized at all times.
• Adheres to all sanitation guidelines.
• Collects and removes trash from all areas.
• Ensures waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.
• General cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of bins and boxes, and ensuring placement of items in the correct containers.
• Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following established procedures.
• Checks all chemical levels and inventory.
• Washes, wipes, sorts, and stacks dishes and loads/unloads the dishwasher.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations.
• Reports any maintenance or hazard issues to manager.
• Assists in light food preparation as directed by manager.
• Always maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• SERV Safe Certification preferred.
• Regular and Reliable attendance.
