Job summary

Little Mama's Italian Kitchen is expanding to Cornelius, NC and seeks hardworking, team-oriented individuals to join our kitchen as a hybrid Dishwasher/Prep role.

You will load, run, and unload the dish machine, maintain clean and sanitized dishes, and assist with prep tasks while supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced environment. We value teamwork and safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, loud environment.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently.
• Maintain clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Monitor dish machine performance to ensure proper sanitation.
• Assist with food prep tasks (chopping, portioning, stocking).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and kitchen areas.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support the team to ensure smooth operations.
