Job summary

North Italia in Charlotte is seeking a part-time dishwasher to keep the kitchen running smoothly. You will load and unload the dish machine, monitor cycles, and maintain a clean dish area in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Efficient, effective, and passionate about cleanliness.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine to keep service on track.
• Monitor the dish machine wash cycle and report issues immediately.
• Keep the dish room and floors clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean wares and prevent breakage.
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules at all times.
