Pig & Grits BBQ & Catering in Burnsville, NC is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep the dish area clean, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll support the kitchen team, manage sanitation tasks, and ensure utensils and cookware are consistently ready for use.

Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation tasks.
- Take out trash and maintain waste and recycling areas.
- Sweep, mop, and help keep kitchen workspaces clean and safe.
- Assist kitchen team members with basic prep and stocking when needed.
- Help ensure the kitchen is set up for success each day.
