Position: Dishwasher and Stocker

Our Dishwashers and Stockers are essential to our restaurant operations. They handle maintaining clean tableware and dishes for our dining room and kitchen, support a safe and sanitary workplace, and assist with occasional food preparation and silverware roll-ups. This entry-level role is vital to our growing company and often the first step we consider when hiring new chefs.

What Our Dishwasher and Stocker Team Members Do:

• Load, run, and unload the dishwasher according to specifications
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and dishes
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
• Roll clean silverware in linen for table settings
• Keep the dishwasher clean and report any issues
• Monitor water temperature and chemical levels for sanitation
• Keep the dishroom clean and organized
• Monitor linen and trash containers and empty as needed
• Clean, sanitize, sweep, and mop kitchen and dining floors
• Check for broken items or hazards and address them
• Handle items carefully to prevent breakage
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Sanitize food prep and production areas as required
• Maintain sanitation buckets with proper solutions
• Be flexible during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Rotate and stock dishes to reduce resource wear
• Assist prep cooks and kitchen staff during peak times
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Follow all safety procedures

Requirements to be a Dishwasher and Utility Team Member:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and work with hands in wet conditions
• Reliable transportation, especially as shifts can extend up to 2 hours after closing
