WHAT OUR DISHWASHER AND STOCKER TEAM MEMBERS DO:

• Operate dishwashing machines according to specifications
• Ensure availability of clean tableware and dishes
• Wash, store, and handle all kitchenware and tableware carefully
• Roll silverware in linen for table settings
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing equipment and report issues
• Monitor water temperature and chemical levels for sanitation
• Keep the dish room organized and clean
• Manage linen and trash containers
• Sanitize floors and food prep areas
• Identify and address hazards such as broken items or wet areas
• Follow hygiene and food safety protocols
• Assist kitchen staff during busy periods
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
• Contribute positively to team environment
• Follow all safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform bending, reaching, and handling wet conditions
• Reliable transportation for shifts up to 2 hours after closing
