Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is hiring a Dishwasher/Porter for Blue Sushi Sake Grill in Tempe, AZ. You will help keep the kitchen running by washing dishes, utensils, and cookware, while supporting a fast-paced team and maintaining high sanitation standards.

As part of a full team, you’ll contribute to a clean, organized workspace and assist with basic food prep and general restaurant upkeep as needed. Training and growth opportunities are available in a dynamic hospitality group.

• Duties include maintaining sanitary cycles and machine upkeep.
• Keep a steady flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware to support the team.
• Occasionally assist with portioning food items and general restaurant cleanliness and upkeep.
• Follow all sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation across departments.
• Maintain organization and keep all work areas clean and orderly.
