We are looking for an experienced Dishwasher / Porter to join our culinary team at Carmine's. If you are highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, and want to start your career in a high-volume environment, we'd love to meet you!

Your Role with Us:

• The Dishwasher / Porter is responsible for general restaurant cleaning and maintaining dish areas.
• Support other prep, cleaning, and safety duties to keep our service running smoothly and ensure our guests enjoy a family-style Italian dinner.
• Clean the restaurant, organize the storeroom, handle deliveries and linen.
• Regularly remove garbage and recyclables from the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and pot washing area.
• Clean sinks, countertops, tabletops, doors, and walls of the restaurant.
• Support the service team throughout the shift as needed.

We Are Looking for Candidates:

• Ideally, with previous experience as a Dishwasher / Porter.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures as laid out by management, city, state, and federal requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy.
• Flexible to work various shifts.

Hourly Salary: NYC $18.00 hourly
