What You Will Do

• The Dishwasher/Porter is essential for the smooth operation of the Tonic Bar. You will work closely with the team and support overall operations.
• Handle food, storage, and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain sanitation in the back of the house, including garbage removal and cleaning floors, coolers, and stock areas.
• Keep the dish pit, line, and prep areas organized and clean.
• Replenish dishes, blenders, etc.
• Assist other Tonic Bar staff in preparing drinks and maintaining high productivity levels while providing excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with the Tonic Bar Manager regarding supplies and equipment needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
