What You Will Do:

• The Dishwasher/Porter is the heart of the Tonic Bar operations, ensuring smooth functioning. You will work closely with the tonic bar team and support overall operations.
• Handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities for the department in compliance with federal, state, & local health and safety regulations.
• Maintain sanitation in the back of the house, including removing garbage and cleaning floors, coolers, freezers, and stock areas.
• Keep the dish pit, line, and prep areas organized and clean.
• Replenish dishes, blenders, etc.
• Assist other Tonic Bar clerks in preparing juice, smoothie, tonic, and coffee drinks, maintaining high productivity and providing excellent customer service.
• Address customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Communicate with the Tonic Bar Manager regarding supplies and equipment needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What You Will Bring:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30 lbs regularly.
• Clear communication skills with team members.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
