As a porter/dishwasher at Boqueria, your mission is to ensure that the restaurant's kitchen and dining areas are always properly cleaned. You will provide guests with spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware, and keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready for use by line cooks.
