The role you’ll contribute:

Performs duties that maintain the food service department work areas, utensils, equipment, and vehicles in clean, sanitized, and orderly condition.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Care and cleaning of kitchen equipment, dish room, and pot washing areas.
• Washes pots, pans, trays, and other cooking and serving equipment.
• May wash and peel vegetables and fruits.
• Operates and maintains dish room equipment according to sanitary standards.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• High school education.
• Up to one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
