Job summary

Boqueria Restaurant Group is seeking a porter/dishwasher to keep our kitchen and dining areas clean and well-organized in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will ensure spotless cutlery, plates and glassware, and keep pots and kitchen tools ready for line cooks to create delicious dishes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Maintain pots, pans and kitchen tools in clean, ready state for line cooks.

Job description

As a porter/dishwasher, it will be your mission at Boqueria® to ensure that your restaurant's kitchen and dining areas are always properly cleaned. You will provide our guests with spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware. In addition, you'll keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready at all times for the line cooks to create delicious dishes for our guests.
