Job summary

Boqueria is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to join our Boston team. You will craft cocktails, pour beers, and deliver memorable dining experiences that keep guests returning. You’ll operate the bar with precision, ensure consistency, and contribute to a positive culture across shifts.

We value beverage knowledge, teamwork, flexibility, and a good sense of humor. This role offers both full- and part-time opportunities in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment with competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Strong beverage knowledge across spirits, wine regions, varietals and flavor profiles.
• Passion for drinks, food and service.
• Understands restaurant operations and service flow.
