Job summary

Landmark Hotel Group in Suffolk, VA is seeking a PM Dishwasher for the Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront to support our kitchen team during the evening shift. You will perform dishwashing, sanitation, and basic station cleanup to maintain a clean, organized dish area and ensure timely service.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours in a fast-paced hotel setting. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and operate a commercial vacuum as

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop walk-in, dry storage, back dock area making sure area is neat and clean.
• Empty trash and take all trash to dumpster, reporting back if dumpster is full; clean dumpster area when needed.
• Clean strainer under the dish machine. Wipe down all dish areas, then use stainless steel polish on all metal surfaces, including glass rack area, sinks, and all machine areas.
• Make sure glasses and cups are in the correct racks. Make sure to use the proper procedure to do silverware.

Qualifications:

• Commensurate or transfer skill set is primary importance
• Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
• Must be able to lift a 20lb. tray of dishes.
• Must be able to lift and dump our commercial-sized mop bucket.
