Position Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The role requires excellent attendance and availability to work scheduled events based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high sanitation standards for all items to prevent contamination.
• Follow MSDS, food safety, and beverage policies and procedures.
• Remove trash and maintain safe, clean loading and receiving areas.
• Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual or fine dining environments is helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Effective communication skills with employees, management, and guests.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by regulations.
