Position Overview

The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled based on business needs.

Compensation

This role offers an hourly wage of $12.00 to $14.00, with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and matching for part-time roles.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure high sanitation levels for all used items to prevent contamination.
2. Follow M.S.D.S. criteria, food safety, and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
3. Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe, clean condition.
4. Stock clean plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware.
5. Clean and sanitize food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications

1. Experience in casual or fine dining environments is helpful.
2. High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment.
4. Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
5. Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by law.
