Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for The Blake at Lafayette in Lafayette, LA to support a resort-style senior living environment. You will wash, store and stock dishes, maintain cleanliness, and assist staff with after-meal cleanup, with opportunities for advancement in a supportive team.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with a focus on safety and high hygiene standards in a senior living kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification if applicable by state requirements.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and store dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans and other utensils. Maintain all aspects of kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
• Properly maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Stock supplies as needed.
• Support staff with after-meal plate collection if requested.
• Maintains or exceeds standards of a kitchen environment that promotes safety, proper hygiene and cleanliness.
