Job summary

Dogwood Terrace by Barclay House is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support a clean, safe kitchen in our senior living community. You will wash and store dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, and help maintain overall sanitation and cleanliness throughout shifts.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, may hold ServSafe certification where required, and be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and be willing to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification if applicable by state requirements.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash & store dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans and other cooking utensils; maintain all aspects of kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
• Properly maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Stock supplies as needed.
• Support staff with after-meal plate collection if requested.
• Maintains or exceeds standards of a kitchen environment that promotes safety, proper hygiene and cleanliness.
