What will I be doing?

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and arranging tableware, and serving water.
• Ensure all tableware is in good condition and report any defects.
• Stock, maintain, and clean designated food stations.
• Assist servers as needed.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean chinaware, silverware, and utensils.
• Scrub pots and pans, and polish silverware.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties such as mopping and trash removal.
• Transport and store clean serviceware.
