We are seeking a Guest Services Agent responsible for greeting, registering, and checking out guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and contributing to the hotel's profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Guest Services Agent, your duties will include:

  • Greeting guests, completing registration, inputting and retrieving information, confirming details, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing welcome packets, and guiding guests to their rooms.
  • Assisting guests with check-out, managing payments, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit/debit cards, converting currency, and processing gift certificates.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, packages, promotions, and local area, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
  • Responding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
  • Handling guest complaints, conducting research, and negotiating solutions for guest satisfaction.
  • Receiving, relaying, and managing messages for guests.
