The role involves dishwashing duties, kitchen cleanliness, and supporting overall operations in a serene setting near the Nuuanu Valley. Competitive hourly pay is offered with eligible benefits.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and rinses them with water, places them in racks to dishwashing machine.
• Sends glasses and silverware through dish machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays rinsing three compartments, soap, rinse and sanitize.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Hoses out garbage cans.
• Sorts bottles into designated rubbish cans.
• Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, cheruical dip, and hand cloth.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Washes and peels vegetables.
