Responsibilities include cleaning dishes, operating the dish machine, and maintaining a clean kitchen area. This is a non-tipping club with free employee lunch and parking benefits.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and rinses them with water, places them in racks to dishwashing machine.
• Sends glasses and silverware through dish machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays rinsing three compartments, soap, rinse and sanitize.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Hoses out garbage cans.
• Sorts bottles into designated rubbish cans.
• Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, cheruical dip, and hand cloth.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Washes and peels vegetables.
