Job summary

Larksfield Place in Wichita, KS seeks a part-time Dishwasher to support our Dining Services team. With a Saturday through Tuesday schedule, you’ll work afternoon and evening shifts to keep dishes clean and the kitchen running smoothly.

No prior experience required; 18+ and willingness to learn. This role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, and food-safety standards as you help residents enjoy exceptional meals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow sanitation standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and other items requiring special cleaning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked dishwashing area.
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
• Assist with routine and end-of-shift cleaning to prepare the kitchen for the next service.
