The Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort is looking for their next Dishwasher to join their team.

Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort’s private beachfront rests on Puerto Rico's northern coast, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It is located 10 minutes from Manuel Morales Beach and 21 miles from central San Juan. Guests can relax in the outdoor lagoon-style pool with ocean views and enjoy made-to-order breakfast and complimentary evening receptions. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of dishwasher experience and be able to communicate in both Spanish and English.

Shift Pattern: Full availability with rotating shifts throughout the week.

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for general cleaning duties, operating pot-washing machinery, and maintaining a hygienic environment to ensure a great guest and team member experience. You will also need to ensure all back-of-house areas are kept clean and adhere to Occupational Safety, Health, and Hygiene Regulations, as well as health and safety guidelines. Specific responsibilities include:

• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain cleanliness in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and emptying rubbish bins, ensuring proper disposal.
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and ensure equipment is cleaned according to schedule.
• Use appropriate PPE and follow safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by hotel management.
