Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for part‑time Dishwasher positions at Ilani Casino, 3710 NW 319th Street, Ridgefield, WA 98642. The schedule is part‑time with nights and weekends. No experience required; training will be provided. Internal employee referral bonus available.

Pay Range: $17.50 to $18.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, wash by hand or load into racks or conveyor for dishwashing machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth as assigned, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as prescribed.
• Keep dish area orderly in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
