Eurest USA at Ilani Casino in Ridgefield, WA is hiring for Food Service Worker / Cashier roles. We offer full- and part‑time openings with weekend and holiday availability and a starting pay of $17.50–$18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service‑oriented manner.
• Relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Perform sales transactions.
• Enter sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Make change, accept cards and other acceptable payment methods.
• Issue receipts to customers.
• Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
• Maintain assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring the cash drawer complies with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Details

• Schedule: Full and part time; days may vary with a closing shift. Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Pay: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour.
• Required Experience: Previous food service experience.
