Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center (OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center, and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.

The property includes an all-day dining outlet (Seltzer's Modern Diner), an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House), a specialty restaurant (Bob's Steak & Chop House), a coffee shop (Park Grounds), and a retail outlet (RareBird Gift Shop). Guests can enjoy Mokara Spa, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool and bar (CatBird Seat) with a fire pit, outdoor lawn, and cabanas. The hotel offers 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 20,000 square foot ballroom, a 10,000 square foot ballroom, and a 4,200 square foot outdoor pre-function space overlooking the park.

Job Description

An exciting opportunity to be a vital part of the Omni convention collection hotel. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a destination for outdoor recreation, entertainment, and culinary experiences, paying homage to the city's heritage and progress. With 605 guest rooms and suites, the hotel offers views of the 70-acre Scissortail Park and downtown skyline, along with 75,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a sports bar, a specialty restaurant, a coffee shop, and retail venues.

This team member will wash dishes, pots, and pans, mop floors, clean kitchen equipment, and ensure an adequate supply of clean china, glassware, and silverware.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the proper cleaning, rack, and distribution of all china, silver, and glassware.
• Maintain required standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
• Minimize breakage of circulating equipment.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times.
• Excellent safety and sanitation skills.
• Create a courteous, friendly, professional work environment.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Food Handler's Permit required.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must live within 50 miles of the hotel.
