Duties & Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dish machine or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment properly.
• Potentially receive and organize stock from vendors.
• Sort and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment (training provided if needed).
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, walking, and lifting.
• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
