Job summary

Era Living is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our Culinary Services Team at The Lakeshore, Renton, WA. Shifts are Tue and Wed, 6:00AM to 2:30PM. You will clean dishes, utensils, and cook supplies, maintaining a clean kitchen and assisting with stock.

Requirements include English communication, weekend availability, and a Food Handler's Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 14 days. Background checks are required.

Era Living is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to become the newest member of our Culinary Services Team located at The Lakeshore, Renton, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Tuesday and Wednesday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cook supplies are properly cleaned. This position maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and helps stock supplies.

• Maintains the dish machine-washing areas, following sanitation and safety procedures. Properly records daily machine temperatures in appropriate logbooks following sanitation and safety procedures
• Operates dish machine following operating instructions, utensil machine washing and cleaning, including carts, trays, and placing clean items in designated storage areas
• Delivers and retrieves Resident meal carts and busses and cleans tables as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to work weekends.
• Food Handler's Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required

Education and Experience:

• Previous dishwashing experience and kitchen prep skills, preferred.
