Job Summary

Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in sanitary condition. Essential duties include:

1. Scraping and rinsing food from dishes; washing by hand or using dishwashing machines.
2. Washing pots, pans, and trays.
3. Polishing silverware using appropriate equipment and procedures.
4. Ensuring safety procedures are followed.
5. Maintaining proper temperatures and chemical levels.
6. Keeping dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
7. Cleaning kitchen floors, worktables, walls, and food prep surfaces.
8. Removing trash and maintaining cleanliness of garbage cans.
9. Transporting supplies and assisting with loading/unloading.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.
