Job Summary

Maintains cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils.

Essential Duties

1. Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes manually or in dishwashing machines, ensuring sanitation.
2. Wash pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
3. Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
4. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
5. Keep dish area clean and organized, and ensure safety standards are met.
6. Clean kitchen floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
7. Remove and dispose of trash properly.
8. Transfer supplies and assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
