Trumbull Kitchen, located in Hartford, CT, is seeking a hardworking Dishwasher with nights and weekend availability to join our back-of-house team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will support a professional kitchen and grow within a respected restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required.
• Comfort in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn basic prep tasks and assist the team.

Responsabilités

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils ensuring cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station.
• Restock clean kitchenware and service ware in proper locations.
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties and support the culinary team.
