Deschutes Brewery Bend Public House is seeking enthusiastic part-time dishwashers who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and uphold the highest cleanliness and safety standards. The role starts at $18 per hour and requires ability to work nights and weekends.

Typical duties include presoaking, scrubbing silverware, loading/unloading the dishwasher, ensuring sanitation, restocking items, and handling trash/recycling.

Responsibilities

• Presoak and scrub all silverware.
• Pre-rinse all dishes & pots with sprayer.
• Load silverware, dishes, and pots into the dishwashing machine and run it.
• Unload machine and inspect dishes for remaining food particles, rewashing as necessary.
• Adhere to required sanitation standards.
• Restock silverware and plates as necessary.
• Dispose of trash, compost, and recycling.
